HTHF is seeking business leaders and professionals to volunteer their time to share their college and career experiences with youth ages 5-18 as a part our Career Conversations Program.

The Career Conversations program is a part of HTHF’s broader effort to increase college and career readiness amongst our community youth. Each month, volunteers visit our Afterschool Programs where youth can learn about a different college, certification program and/or career pathway. We encourage volunteers to share their personal pathway to success so our youth can learn firsthand the opportunities that are available to them after high school.

Volunteer Requirements:
- Have earned a Career Technical Training (Vocational License or Certificate) OR
- Obtained College Degree (Associates or higher)
- Must be comfortable with speaking to the public and interacting with children and teens

We ask that volunteers prepare a roughly half hour-long College and Career Presentation to share with our community’s youth.

There are no shifts available at this time.
